Lindsey Lathrop is a Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician and holds credentials in both Georgia and Florida. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Stonehill College in Easton, MA, and a Veterinary Technology Degree from St. Petersburg College in Florida. In 2020, she was recognized as the FVMA Certified Veterinary Technician of the Year for the state of Florida.

Lindsey began her veterinary career in a small animal general practice in Bradenton, Florida, while also interning with the animal care team at Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, Florida. In 2021, she moved to Georgia and started working as a patient care technician in a neurology specialty practice and is currently transitioning into the Oncology department here at AVSE. She has a special interest in clinical pathology and loves to look at anything under the microscope.

Her other interests include making sourdough bread, gardening, and frequenting local farmer’s markets and festivals. She lives with her husband, Daniel, and their 6 dogs and 3 cats in Acworth, Georgia.
