Dr. Jessica Yousif is an emergency veterinarian at Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty and Emergency, with over 10 years of experience working in specialty practice. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University before receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University in 2015. Dr. Yousif completed her clinical rotations at the University of Florida and went on to complete a small animal rotating internship at Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Services in Rochester, NY.

With a strong background in specialty and emergency medicine, Dr. Yousif is highly experienced in managing complex and critical cases, but her special interests include trauma, toxicities, and respiratory emergencies. 

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Yousif loves playing and watching soccer, reading, and cheering on Chicago sports teams — Go Cubbies!
