Angela Murphy is a Maryland native but has lived in Georgia since 2001.  She attended the University of Georgia for three years before early acceptance to Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2001. She has worked primarily in Emergency and Referral medicine over the last 20 years.  She lives in Alpharetta with her husband, two boys, and a menagerie of rescued pets. When not at work or sleeping after overnights, Dr. Murphy spends time hiking with her two dogs and acting as chauffeur, cheerer, and chef for her two active swim sons.
